Hi, my name is Tehilla Lazar, I am 31 years old I live on a hilltop in Israel. I am proud mother of 3 kids and a wife to Shlomo Lazar.

Five years ago, when my daughter was 7 weeks old, we were attacked by an attack dog. Miraculously, we survived but it impacted my emotional health. After several traumas, I had a breakdown, and I was hospitalized and diagnosed with CPTSD.

At that point, I was unable to function - passing out several times a day, flashbacks, night terrors and so much more. I was not able to be a mom or wife. Two years ago, I had the idea of getting a service dog to help with my PTSD symptoms. I raised money and was able to purchase Pheonix, who is trained to wake me up after I pass out.

About a year ago, someone I know committed suicide. It was very triggering for me, and my own suicidality and self-harm increased. I was trying different treatments and therapies, but they were not effective. I reached out to Amudim and they helped me find the CBT/DBT Center, which I have been going to for the past few months. It has made a huge impact on me and I finally feel that something is helping. Unfortunately, the funds my family raised are running out.

לפני כחמש שנים בתי בת השבעה חודשים בלבד ואני הותקפנו על ידי כלב תקיפה , לא כל כך נפגענו פיזית אבל נפשית נשברתי , כתוצאה מהתקיפה חיי היוםיום שלי נהיו בלתי ניתנים לחיות , אחרי הרבה טראומות בזו אחר זו חוויתי משבר והתמוטטות וכתוצאה מכך התאשפזתי והובחנתי עם :

החיי יומיום שלי נהפכו לקשים מאוד, סיוטים , התעלפויות , פלאשבקים וחשש שאני אמא גרועה.
לפני שנתיים קיבלתי את הרעיון להביא כלב שרות שיעזור לי , עבדתי קשה וגייסתי את הכסף כדי לקבל את "פינקס" פינקס הכלבת שרות מאוד עוזרת לי לדוגמא להעיר אותי אחרי שאני מתעלפת ועוד הרבה דברים .
לפני שנה משיהו קרוב אלי התאבד וזה מאוד השפיע עלי לרעה ונהפכתי לאובדנית והתחלתי לפגוע בעצמי יותר.
הלכתי לטיפול ב"סוטריה" אבל שום דבר לא עזר לי , פניתי לעמותת "עמודים" והם עזרו לי למצוא תוכנית

אני כבר חודשיים הולכת וזה מאוד עוזר לי והשפיע עלי. לצערי הכסף שהמשפחה שלי גייסה עבורו הולך ואוזל ואני באמת צריכה את העזרה שלך כדי שאוכל להמשיך ללכת לתוכנית שלי שמאוד עוזר לי ולהפוך לאמא , לאישה ולאדם שאני כל כך רוצה להיות , אם תוכלו לעזור לי זה יהיה משמעותי מאוד מאוד בשבילי
