Shaidy* is a 17 year old girl, who sadly has been going through very serious issues in life. Orphaned at a young age, moved from house to house, she was neglected and had nowhere to turn.

By the time she was 15, she was on the streets, using drugs, doing whatever it took to fuel her habit.

Thankfully, a family friend found her, and decided to do all she can to help this poor soul. She contacted Amudim, and within 3 weeks, we were able to help get her into a treatment program, that deals with her trauma and addiction. Being that she has no family or supportive network, it is upon us, the community, to do all we can to assist, and give her a new lease on life.
